Terms of Service

About these terms
Unode (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is an independent, non-custodial operations dashboard for Unetwork Node Operators, available at unode.link. By using the Service you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it. Unode is provided free of charge and is in active development.
Independent — not affiliated with Unetwork
Unode is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorised by Unetwork, and it is not the official Unetwork console. “Unetwork”, “UNO”, and related names and marks belong to their respective owners; we use them only to describe what Unode works with. For anything official, use Unetwork’s own console and channels.
What Unode does
Unode connects to Unetwork’s API on your behalf to show your licenses, earnings, leases, and analytics in one place, and to let you carry out the same management actions the official console offers. It is a convenience layer over data and operations that already belong to your Unetwork account — it grants no rights or capabilities you do not already have there.
Non-custodial — a signature, not a transaction
Unode is non-custodial. It never holds, moves, or has access to your funds, your private keys, or your seed phrase. Signing in is a wallet signature that proves you control your address — it is not a blockchain transaction, it costs no gas, and it moves no funds. We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase, and we will never request a signature that transfers assets as a condition of signing in.
You act with your own account
Every license and withdrawal action you take in Unode is executed against Unetwork’s API using your own session — nothing more, and only where the feature is live (anything not yet executing live is labelled as such, see below). Unode never acts on your account autonomously and never initiates actions you did not request. You are responsible for the actions you take through the Service.
Withdrawals and blockchain finality
When you withdraw rewards, the withdrawal is executed by Unetwork against the blockchain network you choose; Unode never takes custody of the funds at any point.
Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Once a withdrawal is submitted and settled on-chain it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded — by Unode, by Unetwork, or by anyone — and funds sent to a wrong address or on the wrong network are generally unrecoverable. You are solely responsible for confirming the destination address, the network, and the amount before you confirm a withdrawal. Check every detail; we cannot undo a confirmed withdrawal.
Some operations — including parts of the withdrawals flow — may still be in development. Where a feature is not yet executing live against Unetwork, it is labelled as such in the interface.
Accuracy of data and analytics
Figures, charts, stage labels, projections, and other analytics in Unode are computed from data provided by Unetwork’s API and from our own derivations. They are for your information only; they may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and may differ from the figures shown in Unetwork’s official console. Nothing in Unode is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Make your own decisions, and verify anything important against the official source.
Service availability and changes
Unode is provided on an “as available” basis and is in active development. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and access depends on Unetwork’s API, which is outside our control. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.
Acceptable use
Use Unode only for your own Unetwork node operations, and in line with these terms and with Unetwork’s own terms. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or to Unetwork’s API through it, and do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit or block access that threatens the stability or security of the Service. See our Privacy Policy for what we store.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unode and its maintainer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss of funds, rewards, profits, or data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including losses resulting from blockchain transactions, withdrawals, inaccurate data, or downtime. You use Unode at your own risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
